This is the ancestor of the domestic pig but, unlike this, is bigger, it has dense grey fur, and upper tusks larger, curved to up. The Wild Board is original to Europe and Asia but has been introduced in the Americas and Oceania as a big-game animal, provoking subsequently great disturb on local ecosystems.
